Reeve represents legitimate system security. Her job puts her on a different side of a checkpoint from an independent smuggler, and her procedural approach makes clearance and evidence matter.
Her voice is controlled and concise. In the current design, she connects the personal scale of the Morrow’s journey with the people responsible for protecting ordinary traffic. She is not simply another representative of Axiom Transit.
