Privacy Policy
The public Martinez AI Studios website is a static marketing site hosted on GitHub Pages. It does not set advertising cookies and does not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar trackers. Host access logs, if retained by GitHub Pages, are not a Martinez AI Studios student database. Interactive Academy accounts exist only when a Node LMS runtime is attached; they are not written on this static host. Password-reset email is not offered because no email provider is configured. Academy student data
Academy student accounts, when the LMS runtime is attached, store: a unique user ID, email address, a password hash (never the password), session records, course enrollment records (user ID, canonical course ID, status, timestamp, source, and whether access is paid), lesson progress timestamps, commercial entitlement records (user ID, course ID, provider name, provider checkout/payment references, status, granted/revoked timestamps, and event IDs), certificate records (public certificate number, learner display name chosen at issuance, canonical course ID, course title/version snapshot, completion date, estimated hours if specified, issuer, instructor, status, and verification URL), an optional community display name (never derived from email; it may appear on an approved public project showcase), course questions (visible to the author and staff, not a public feed), private content-correction reports, and project-showcase submissions (not public until staff approval). The public verification page shows only the approved certificate fields — not email, passwords, sessions, Stripe data, internal user IDs, or lesson progress. Card numbers, CVV, and bank credentials are never collected or stored by this site. Student state is not stored per language. Accounts are not subscribed to newsletters. Academy terms
Martinez AI Studios Academy is a private professional training program operated by Martinez AI Studios. It is not an accredited university, does not award degrees, and is not a state-certified school. A certificate of completion, when issued, is a private professional credential from the Academy. It is not college credit, a government certification, or an industry-licensed credential unless separately evidenced. The Academy does not guarantee employment, income, Steam success, or publication outcomes. 170 bilingual lessons are free to read on this site. LMS classroom enrollment, downloads, and certificates stay closed. A Stripe Payment Link is optional support and is not LMS enrollment. A purchase is not course completion and does not by itself make a student certificate-eligible. Creating an account is not consent to marketing. When course files are published, they are for personal educational use in the program and must not be redistributed. External link resources send you to third-party sites that Martinez AI Studios does not control. If a file includes third-party material, license or attribution notices will be listed with that resource. Student questions, correction reports, and project submissions are user-generated text. Project showcases are unpublished until staff approve them. Students cannot approve their own submissions. Community display names are optional and separate from certificate names. Martinez AI Studios Academy PRO is a planned later membership and is not sold here.
Academy refunds
The 170 public lessons are free to read. A Stripe Payment Link is optional support: the supporter chooses the amount. It is not LMS enrollment and does not unlock extra lesson text, downloads, or a certificate. Historical $99 PreOrder charges, if any, remain in Stripe records for refunds and audit. A verified full refund from Stripe revokes paid LMS entitlement if one was granted. Partial refunds have no automatic access rule and are handled as a manual studio decision. A refund does not automatically revoke a certificate of completion; payment and completion remain separate. Certificate revocation is a studio decision. Payment mismatches (paid but missing access, different email, delayed webhook, duplicate charge) should be sent to the contact email with the Academy account address and approximate purchase time — never with card numbers.
