01 / CONNECTED POSSIBILITIES

The space between inspiration and your next creation.

Your creative process rarely starts and ends in the same file. A reference becomes a model. A model needs a closer look. A ship needs its engines. An animation becomes a video. Workshop brings those steps into a connected desktop workspace, with a library that keeps the pieces within reach.

Start with the files you already own, or connect your own AI accounts when you want to create something new. You choose the starting point and the next step.

02 / INSIDE THE WORKSHOP

Open the toolbox.

Explore the workflow from the first reference to a finished presentation. Local tools and optional connected services have different requirements; here is what each one is for.

01LOCAL

LIBRARY

A home for every creative asset.

Bring GLB models, PNG and JPG images, and MP4 videos into one library. Add files or folders, include subfolders when needed, search by name and filter by media type. Keep your reference image next to the model and the video it inspired.

Make it work for you

Find a file, preview it, then choose its next step. Clearing the library list removes references rather than deleting your source files.

02LOCAL

3D VIEWER

Get to know your GLB.

Explore a model with a real 3D view: rotate, zoom, pan and frame it. Inspect the shape from different angles, look through models and keep a selection while you browse. A visual library makes finding the right asset easier than guessing from filenames.

Make it work for you

Rename a file, save a separate copy or open its location. Keep the original assets available because library references point to files on your computer.

03OPTIONAL AI

IMAGES

Start with a picture. Or an idea.

Import a PNG or JPG as a visual starting point. With your own OpenAI account and API key, you can also describe an image and use the connected image-generation workflow. Keep the result and its context close to the next stage.

Make it work for you

Importing your own image does not require an AI generation. External generation needs Internet access, provider access and your own balance.

04OPTIONAL AI

IMAGE TO 3D

Take a reference into three dimensions.

Use an image in the Meshy image-to-3D workflow, review generation settings and submit a job using your own Meshy credentials. Bring the resulting GLB into Workshop to inspect it and continue working.

Make it work for you

You can follow an existing task by its ID. Generation speed, topology, textures, available options and costs depend on Meshy and on the source image.

05LOCAL

MODEL WORKSHOP

Build character into your spacecraft.

Work with a general model or enter the ship workflow. Place up to 16 engine and 16 weapon attachment points, adjust position and rotation, duplicate and mirror points, and tune engine appearance. Watch the design take shape in the same viewport.

Make it work for you

Save a complete GLB or a configuration for your model. Attachment metadata and standard model data travel differently from runtime effects: your game still needs its own integration.

06LOCAL + OPTIONAL AI

ANIMATION

Turn a static idea into movement.

Preview existing clips, work with animation controls and prepare an animated model for presentation. The connected ASTRA ExtraHigh AI animation workflow lets you describe a movement and review the result before deciding what to keep.

Make it work for you

AI-generated joints, skinning and motion need visual review. Different meshes and rigs produce different results; a request is not a guarantee of production-ready character animation.

07LOCAL

VIDEO

Put your model in the spotlight.

Prepare horizontal, vertical or square MP4 videos in HD or Full HD. Use four flight stages with options such as forward motion, turns, climbs, zigzags and rolls. A rotating view can reveal a silhouette; a ship sequence can communicate direction and energy. Review the presentation and export an MP4 for your next creative step.

Make it work for you

Video work uses local rendering and encoding tools. Export time and available hardware acceleration depend on your computer and the chosen settings.

08LOCAL

TASKS & VERSIONS

Keep different ideas moving.

Up to three open creative tasks keep each asset and its related work together. Save your progress, reopen work and use the available history controls to explore alternatives without treating every file as a completely new project.

Make it work for you

Use explicit exports and backups for important work. Keeping the referenced source files in place makes reopening and continuing a project more predictable.

09CONNECTED

SOCIAL PREPARATION

Give the result a next destination.

Take an image or video into the social preparation area to review its description and destination. This connects the creative workflow with the moment you are ready to present your work.

Make it work for you

Preparing a post is not the same as publishing it. Connected social actions require the appropriate accounts, permissions and Internet access.

10LOCAL

FLIGHT & COMBAT

Take your ship for a test flight.

Enter a local flight and combat test with the ship you are working on. Move, aim and try the primary and secondary weapons while watching shield and hull status. It gives your configuration a practical context beyond a stationary preview.

Make it work for you

This is a local test environment, not a complete game, campaign or multiplayer service. Its controls and runtime behavior do not automatically become part of an exported GLB.

11CONNECTED

SOCIAL WORKFLOW

From a draft to a planned post.

Prepare screenshots and short clips, review descriptions and connect supported social accounts. The application includes adapters for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, TikTok and LinkedIn, plus drafts, a queue and scheduling tools.

Make it work for you

Provider access and permissions are required. Scheduled work needs MAS to remain open. TikTok requires individual review; implemented adapters do not guarantee every account or publishing scenario is supported.

12WINDOWS

EVERYDAY CONTROLS

Make the workspace feel familiar.

Switch between English and Spanish, fold the library when you need more space and choose the available viewing quality. Contextual tools keep the current model or task in focus. Updates use a signed manifest and integrity verification.

Make it work for you

Optional saved API keys are encrypted for your Windows account. Keep provider credentials private and use your own balance; they are separate from your exported models.

03 / FROM CONCEPT TO DESKTOP

This is the actual workshop.

The library on the left. Your model in the center. Its components on the right. The task, creative stages and relevant tools stay within reach, so you can focus on the thing you are making.

04 / FROM IDEA TO ACTION

What will you make first?

A few ways to put the tools together. These are suggested workflows, not bundled assets or guaranteed AI results.

For indie game developers

From asset folder to a ship with purpose.

Find a GLB in your library, inspect the silhouette, open the ship workshop and place engine or weapon mounts. Save your work, prepare an animated presentation and export a clip for your development log. Check the exported model in your target engine before integrating it.

  1. Browse GLB
  2. Configure mounts
  3. Save & present

For 3D artists

Make your next model easier to understand.

A model deserves more than a filename. Inspect it from several angles, review existing animations and frame a short video that shows the form. Keep the source, preview and presentation near each other so a later revision has a clear starting point.

  1. Inspect
  2. Frame
  3. Export MP4

For AI creators

Give generated assets a workflow.

Import an image or generate one using your own provider account, send the selected reference through Meshy and inspect the downloaded GLB. Decide whether it needs further work, animation or a video. Generation is a starting point for creative judgment.

  1. Image
  2. Meshy GLB
  3. Review & refine

For content creators

Turn your own assets into visual stories.

Start with a model you have permission to use. Explore its strongest angle, choose motion that suits the subject and prepare a video. Bring that result into the social preparation area to work on its presentation and destination before publishing.

  1. Choose an asset
  2. Create a clip
  3. Prepare a post

For collectors of creative files

Find the idea you already saved.

Bring a collection of models, references and videos into the same visual library. Search for a name, narrow the list by format and inspect a candidate before opening it in a task. File organization becomes the beginning of creation, instead of a separate chore.

  1. Collect
  2. Filter
  3. Continue creating

For curious beginners

Begin with a model you already have.

You do not have to start with AI or a complete game. Import a compatible GLB, learn the camera controls and make a copy. Then explore presentation or the ship tools at your own pace. The English and Spanish interface helps keep the next action understandable.

  1. Import
  2. Explore
  3. Try one next step

05 / THE WORKSHOP DIFFERENCE

A distinctive combination. A workshop of its own.

There are excellent tools for individual parts of 3D creation. Workshop has its own focus: a Windows workspace that connects a mixed-media library, GLB inspection, optional AI creation, ship configuration, animation and video preparation. Its identity comes from that combination and the route between those tasks.

Compare the workflow, not just a feature name. This overview describes each tool’s published focus and the role of Workshop alongside it; it is not a performance benchmark or an exhaustive feature audit.

Built for the work between tools.

3D assets appear in games, artist portfolios, product demonstrations and creative content. Those uses share a practical need: find the right asset, understand what it contains and produce something that others can see. Workshop is designed around that everyday sequence, especially for independent creators who handle several roles themselves.

GLB is the binary form of glTF, a format created for exchanging and delivering 3D scenes and models. Keeping your work in familiar formats gives it a route beyond a single workspace. Compatibility still depends on the contents of the file and the destination application.

Good to know.

What is MAS Workshop?

MAS Workshop, also known as MAS GLB Workshop, is a Windows desktop application for working with creative assets. It brings together a library for GLB, PNG, JPG and MP4 files, a 3D viewer and connected tools for model work, animation and video. Optional AI services use your own provider accounts.

Can I open GLB files without using AI?

Yes. Import your own compatible GLB files and use the local library and viewer. You do not need to generate an image or buy AI credits to inspect an existing model. Initial activation and runtime setup still require Internet access.

Does Workshop include the spacecraft shown here?

No. The spacecraft in the application screenshot is a studio example. The interactive golden model on this page is a lightweight illustrative web demonstration. Bring models you own or have permission to use; do not treat the page visuals as a bundled asset pack.

Does it replace a game engine or a complete modeling suite?

No. Workshop focuses on the creative workflow around existing and generated assets. Use your specialist tools for detailed modeling, retopology, advanced production work or building a game. Test exports in the destination engine; visual effects and gameplay logic are not automatically portable.

Are AI image generation and image-to-3D included in the price?

The application includes connected workflows, but provider access, credits and usage are separate. Use your own OpenAI and Meshy credentials where required. Results, processing times and access depend on the provider and your account.

Can I use my work commercially?

Check the rights to your source models, textures, images and any generated output, including the terms of the relevant provider. A Workshop software license does not grant ownership of assets created by others or remove their license requirements.

What should I check before exporting a model?

Review geometry, textures, scale and orientation, play the relevant animation and check any mounts. Save a separate copy, then import that file into the application where it will be used. Different applications may interpret optional metadata and effects differently.

How should I start if I am new to 3D?

Start small: add one compatible GLB to the library, rotate and zoom the view, inspect the model and save a copy. Once that feels familiar, try a presentation video or the relevant model tools. AI generation is optional and can wait until you have a clear goal.

Is this a subscription?

No. The launch price is US$10 per license as a one-time payment. AI credits, subscriptions and third-party provider usage are not included.

Can I use it on multiple computers?

Each purchase can activate one computer. Authorization is bound to the PC identifier at first activation and does not activate a second computer with the same purchase.

Do I need an Internet connection?

Yes, to purchase, download, activate and prepare the app on first use. Setup downloads Blender and FFmpeg from their providers: about 507 MB of additional downloads and 2 GB of free space. Afterwards, local tools work offline without periodic license checks. External AI and updates require Internet access.

What if I reinstall Windows or change hardware?

You can download again and use the same KEY on the original PC while it retains its hardware identifier. Reinstalling Windows alone does not change the data we use. Replacing the motherboard or changes to firmware identifiers may prevent recognition. The license cannot be transferred to another PC; contact support if your original computer is not recognized.

Can I recover my KEY and download again?

Yes. Your Workshop account shows the same KEY and lets you download your software again. A new download does not create another license: the KEY remains bound to the first activated PC. Do not share your key or personalized package.

Which operating system is supported?

64-bit Windows. The download is a ZIP: extract all files and open the executable. A native macOS or Linux edition is not offered.
